2Location of Infringing Material
URL or location of the infringing material on Zuma.lat.
3Contact Information
Your contact information, including full name, address, telephone number, and email.
4Good Faith Statement
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5Accuracy Statement
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
6Signature
Your electronic or physical signature.

Our Response Process
Investigation
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA request, we will investigate the claim thoroughly.
Content Removal
If necessary, we will remove the content within a reasonable timeframe.
User Notification
We may notify the user responsible and give them a chance to submit a counter-notification under the DMCA if they believe the takedown was a mistake.
